Currently
people use social media instead of the old term Web 2.0. Social media refers to
the content production and exchange platform based on user relationship on the
internet. It is a tool, platform and online communication channels for people
to share their ideas, opinion, perspective and allow people to communicate,
interact, participate, share and collaborate ideas and information with each
other. Currently, social media mainly includes blog, wiki, podcasts, YouTube, Twitter,
Wikipedia and so on.
